User Review Panel (URP) and Policy Education Forum
The Data Banks' URP and Policy Education forums are worthwhile opportunities for you to share and discuss your querying and reporting ideas and concerns with other peers, and receive important information regarding the Integrated Querying and Reporting Service (IQRS). These periodic events identify new requirements, review current querying and reporting issues, and address Data Banks operational issues. Often recommendations from these events become future enhancements to the IQRS. Recent implementations include:
- A monthly e-mail summary of the entity's Proactive Disclosure Service Prototype (PDS) activity.
- Enhanced PDS search capability allowing entities to find subjects using PDS results.
- The ability to obtain a summary of historical queries and reports that were submitted by the entity within the last four years.
- Added a new report data field which allows entities to specify the internal reference number of the report in their files.
- The ability to save practitioner data when submitting a query or report.
- The ability to save credit card information in the IQRS.
- Improved validation to catch invalid credit numbers prior to query submission.
